- İkisinde de 64L TLC NAND bulunuyor. P34A80'den Toshiba BiCS3 ağırlıklı, SM2262EN'den istisnalar hariç hep Micron(Spectek) çıkıyor.
- İkisinde de DRAM bulunuyor, sadece P34A80'de DDR4 bulunuyorken EX950'de DDR3 bulunuyor.
- İkisinin de garanti süresi eşit.
- TBW değerinde P34A80 önde ama bu değeri önemsememeniz gerekiyor, çünkü bu değer eskiden P34A80'de 1665 TB'miş, şimdi sitesinde 800 TB diye değiştirilmiş. Bu TBW değiştirme olayını Silicon Power'dan başka markalar da yaptığı için şaşırmadım.

- IOPS değerleri birbirine yakın, şu şundan üstündür diyebileceğimiz kadar bir fark yok.
Sonuç
P34A80'in aşağıda belirttiğim sebeplerden ötürü tercih önceliği biraz geride bırakılabilir. EX950 daha mantıklı. Tablodaki özelliklere sahip bir P34A80 elde ederseniz tabii ki daha iyi ama aşağıda belirttiklerimden birisi gelirse EX950 daha mantıklı.
