Bilgisayarımı 35 gün önce satın aldım kullanıyordum hiçbir sıkıntım yoktu. 2 hafta kadar önce BIOS'umu güncelleme kararı aldım ve güncelledim sıkıntısız. Bu 2 hafta içinde bilgisayarım basıyorum tuşa tam masaüstü gelecekken siyah ekran kalıyor res atıyorsun düzeliyor açılıyor fakat bazen 3-4. de açılyıor bu sorun neden olabilir? Teknik servis anakart pili sök bizim sana yüklediğimiz profili yükle dedi, bu işlemi pil sökmeden yapabilir miyim? Anakartım ASUS TUF B450-PRO GAMING

Çözüm
Sırasıyla uygulamaya başlıyorum.
RAM'de sadece OC var, frekansını yükseltmiştim.
1. Madde'yi aynen uygulamadım görsellerini de paylaştım.
2. Maddeye gelirsek benim Norton orijinal kendi sitesinden satın aldım.
3. Madde ise anlatılanın aynısını yaptım herhangi bir hata olmadı.

RAM'lerinizde sorun yok. Norton'un Live Update ve üzerinden güncellemesi sağ altta bulunan simgesine sağ tuş ile "Yeni sürümü denetle." deyip güncellemelerini denetleyin. Durumu bir gözlemleyelim.
 
Yeni geldim eve sıkıntısız açıldı. Gün içinde uzaktan eğitim için annem kullanmakta o da açıldığını söyledi direk siyah ekran kalmadığını söyledi.
Norton'a gelince güncelleme yaptım sadece 30 MB güncelleme yaptı.
Şuan eve geldim ben yaşadım sorunu. Bu sabah annemde yaşmış ders anlatmak için açtığında şimdi hangi yolu izleyebiliriz
