Your RMA has been approved for a standard RMA. Your ticket # is 725669.
Once it has been received, we will ship out the replacement. You can view the current status of your RMA by checking the RMA Status tracker located at the top of your ticket.
Please read before shipping:
• A Return Address label will now be located on the top right of your ticket. Please use this label to send in your item.
• For PSUs: Please send the original cables with the PSU.
• For Memory: It is recommended that you send all your modules for a DRAM RMA. Please note that partial DRAM replacements may not be fully compatible with part of a functioning kit.
• Spare Parts: We do not require any components to be returned to us. Your spare part will be shipped as soon as possible, and should arrive soon.
• We also have an express replacement option available. This option requires a temporary charge on your Credit Card. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team through your ticket, or by calling us at the phone number below for more information.
