Hocam dediğinizi yaptım tamamını kullanmadı ama birkaç dakika sonra yine 80'lere çıktı ve FPS düşmesi yaşadım FPS kilidini kaldırdım bu sefer de işlemci 95leri gördü.

“I have the same CPU as yours but a much worse GPU (1060 3GB). The only way to reduce the stutters that ı found is by using a CPU limiter software like
BES (it's portable, no installation needed).
Using it is pretty simple, once downloaded and extracted:
- Open Detroit.
- Open BES.exe
- Click "target"
- Select "DetroitBecomeHuman.exe"
- Click "Limit/Watch" (this way the process will be targeted each time you open it)
At this point you have to select how much less CPU the Game will use by using the slider at the bottom. Keeping it a -10% (or even lower) seems to do the trick, but you can experiment a bit. Don't GO too High, it'll be worse. I also keep the Game limited at 30 FPS, but that could be just 'cause of my GPU.
Keep in mind, the Game is still a mess of a port and it will still freeze and\or crash at times (at least for me). Also, by limiting the CPU, you will notice a drop in performances of course. This is in no way a fix, but just a workaround that may or may not work for you (it was used for RDR2 as well when it first came out on PC and it had basically the same issues this Game has).”
