Ubisoft Connect Hesabım hacklendi email ve parola değiştirildi

Benim Steam üzerinde Rainbow hesabım bağlıydı. Uconnect ile giriş yapmadan Steam'den açmaya çalıştığında bir anda ekranda çıktı. Hızlıca SS'ini aldım. Bunu birkaç denemeden sonra görebildim.
İlk bağlamaya çalıştığımda görmemiştim.
Hatta bir an oyun açılıyor diye heyecanlanmıştım.

İnternette çok fazla bunun hakkında yorumlar var çoğu kullanıcı hesabını geri alamamış. Reddit platformunda bazıları geri alabilmiş pes etmeyin vesaire diye yazıyor ama şu ana kadar gördüm kesinlikle hesap geri alınamayacak gibi görüyorum.
En azından bu sıralar çok fazla böyle hacklenme olayları var.

Bencede hesap geri alınmayacak. Ubisofta dedim. Hesap ilişkilendirmesini kaldırın. Zaten oyun epic gameden alınma diye. Hesap çalanınsa zaten ekler tekrar. Ekleyemezse hesabın kimin olduğu ortaya çıkar. Yine kabul etmedi.ben uğraşmaya devam edeceğim. Bi yol bulan da burdan yazsın lütfen

Çok iyi fikirmiş. Ubisoft destek beyin özürlü.
Bende bu teklifi yapacağım. Hesabı geri gelmese de çalan kişilerde kullanmasın.

My request from you is to get my stolen account back and add it to this email address or my new email address.

Bende de oldu aynısı. Siz olduğunuzu doğrulayamadık yazıyor. Ben de doğrulama yapmak için ne yapmam gerekiyor dedim 1 ihtar aldım, sonra doğum tarihi kullanıcı adı satın alma tarihi vb güvenlik soruları sorun cvplıyım dedim 2. İhtarı aldım
 
Ben direk işini doğru yap. Tekrar kontrol et.
Berbat bir firmasiniz. Hesabımı calanlarla aynı tarafta misin gibi şeyler yazdım.
