Yaklaşık 3 yıldır kullandığım sistemimi yavaş yavaş güncellemek amacıyla yeni bir işlemci aldım. Fakat BIOS'u 3 bin serisine uygun güncellememe rağmen 1-2 defa dışında onlarca kez mavi ekran hatası ile masaüstüne ulaşamadım. Masaüstüne geldiğim zaman ise 5 dakika kadar dayanıyor ve o süre zarfında fare hareketlerinde takılmalar, ses aygıtlarını görmemeler, uygulama çökmeleri gibi enteresan hatalar görülüyor. Windows dosyaları ile ilgili bir problem vardır diye, USB üzerinden format atmaya çalıştım, Windows kurulum ekranına gelir gelmez yine mavi ekran hatası veriyor. Eski işlemciyi taktığım zaman ise eskisi gibi çalışmaya devam edebiliyorum.

Sistemim imza kısmında da yazdığım gibi şu şekildedir;
  • MSI B350M GAMING PRO.
  • ASUS ROG STRIX RX580 8 GB top Edition.
  • 1500X'den 3600X'e geçtim.
  • Corsair 2400MHz (2*8 GB) (anakartın uyumluluk listesinde yok, fakat 3 yıldır kullanıyorum.)
  • Corsair 550W.
Memtest ile test ettim, fakat hiçbir hata bulunamadı.
Minidump dosyalarını Recep Baltaş'ın analiz videosunu izleyerek inceledim. Sadece düne ait mavi ekran hata kayıtları gözüküyor, ondan önceki gün onlarca kere aldığım mavi ekran kayıtları bulunmuyor.

Ben kısaca aldığım mavi ekranların IMAGE_NAME'lerini belirtiyim. Aslında daha fazla vardı, fakat dediğim gibi kayıtları olamadığı için yazamadım.

Analiz videosundan anladığıma göre problem RAM kaynaklı. Dün işlemcinin arızalı olduğunu düşünerek aldığım yere servise verdim, kontrol edilecek. Eğer ki problemim RAM ile alakalı ise bunu satmam etik olur mu? Sonuçta 1500X ile 3 yıldır sorunsuz kullanıyorum ve Memtest'den sorunsuz geçti.
 
Hocam, bütün güncellemeleri eksiksiz olarak yaptınız mı? Chipset falan.
 
Tamam hocam. Bir de chipset sürücüsünü kontrol edin. Buradaki sürüm ile aynı mı?
 
Mavi ekran genelde RAM'den veririr. Mumkunse baska RAM ile deneyin ya da mumkun degilse tek kanal RAM ile deneyin. Bir de RAM'in tozunu vs alip bir de RAM yerine iki ufle oyle tak.
 
Minidump dosyanızda dikkat çeken bir durum yok.
RX 580 için mevcut sürücüyü DDU ile kaldırıp WHQL sürüm olan 20.4.2 sürümünü yükleyin.

Chipset'in güncellenmesinden bihabermişim. Şimdi indirip kurdum fakat sitede sürüm 2.07.21.306 yazarken aygıt yöneticisinden AMD PCI üzerinden baktığımda 1.0.0.80 yazıyor. Güncelleyebildim mi anlayamadım.
