Bilgisayarımda bazen 1-2 haftada bir süreyle mavi ekran hatası alıyorum. Durum şöyle gerçekleşiyor; bilgisayarın açılmasında ve kapanmasında bir problem yok ama bilgisayar zaten çalışıyor iken bazen donup kalıyor ve 1 dakika sonra mavi ekran hatası veriyor. Bilgisayar kendini yeniden başlatırken "An operating System wasn't found." hatası alıyorum. Güç tuşuna basılı tutup kapatıyorum ve 5 dakika sonra geri açılınca düzeliyor. Ama bu hataların sonucunda bilgisayarımda bir Minidump dosyası oluşmuyor nedense. Ben sorunun kullandığım SSD'den (James Donkey 512) kaynaklandığını düşünüyorum çünkü Windows SSD içinde kurulu. Bugün ekran kartı güncellemesi yaptım ve bilgisayar haliyle yeniden başlatma isteyince başlar başlamaz kendisi mavi ekran verdi kapandı ve kendisi açıldı tekrar. Bu sefer Minidump dosyası oluştu ancak bu dosyayı size nasıl iletibilirim?

Tam sistem özellikleri;
AMD Ryzen 3 3200G.
Sapphire RX570 8GB.
32 GB RAM.
Windows 10 64 bit sistem var.
James Donkey SSD ve 1 TB hard disk.

Sistemde ekstra olarak takılı olan Seagate harici HDD'yi çıkarttıktan sonra sorunum çözüldü. Bir daha da bu hatayı almadım. SSD'yi de farklı bir marka ile değiştirdim.
