Package comeback how to submit a petition to PTT or customs

I Live'in ıstanbul - esenler - menders.
I buy package from Aliexpress.
The package has already reached esenler.
But ı did not receive it from there because ı did not get any notice of its arrival.
Customs tell me that ı must submit a petition that ı have not received package.
The customs officer wrote me the address in MY phone.
1- Tümsan sanayi sitesi 1.kısım.
2- Esenler merkez postane.
What can i do now? Where i must be going?

Try your luck at the nearest PTT. They should give you a better idea about your package. You should submit that "petition" too. It might be severely important, for almost a month passed since the last process done on your package. It have never happened to me before, so I am afraid that I can't help you much. Just hope that they didn't send it back, or worse stole the thing.
