Arkadaşlar sistemi belirteyim öncelikle:

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X (base clock)
ASUS X570-E anakart.
ASUS TUF 80+ 750W psupply.
G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600MHz CL16 16x2 (32 GB) RAM ( D. OC. P clock)
EVGA FTW3 RTX3090.
Seagate FireCuda 2TB gen4 7000 MB M.2
SilverStone PF360mm 6 fanlı sıvı soğutma.
1TB M.2, 2X 1TB hard disk daha var.
Samsung space monitör 27" 2K 144Hz.
Samsung Curved monitör 32" 60Hz.

Sistemim bu şekilde olmasına rağmen bazen boştayken ekranda hiçbir şey açık olmamasına rağmen takılmalar donmalar yaşıyorum. Oyunda siyah ekran gitmeleri donmalar düşük FPS'ler.
Ekran kartı kaynaklı değil elimde 3070 de var onda da aynı.
BIOS ayarlarım D. OC. P hariç standart.
Windows 11 lisanslı kullanıyorum.
Virüs taraması yaptım lisanslı yazılımla bir şey çıkmadı.
NVIDIA ve sürücülerim güncel.

Oyunlarda düşük FPS alıyorum RTX 3090 karta göre. Örneğin. 2K Ultra ayarlardan bahsedecek olursak aldığım FPS'ler:
CS:GO: 300-400
Valorant: 200-350
Forza Horizon 5: 110-130
M: B Bannerlord: 95.
1080P'ye veyahut düşük ayarlara alsam da FPS de artış olmuyor.

Quarit dedi:
3900x CPU frekans boost defualt hız : 4.6Ghz. Fakat bu her oyunda bu seviyelere boost olacak diye bir şey demek değildir. CS:GO gibi yüksek FPS oyunlar değilde, farklı oyunlarda test etme şansın var mı ? Yani hem CPU hemde GPU zorlayacak bir optimasyona sahip oyun. Bu arada Windows boştayken PC'de kasmalar yaşadığınızı söylemişsiniz. Kesinlikle LatencyMon programını öneriyorum. LatencyMon programını indirin ve kurun. Daha sonra uygulamayı çalıştırın. En azından 5-10 dakika sürsün açık kalması. Bu esnada PC çok zorlayacak işlemler yapmayın. Fakat ufak işlemler yapmanızı tavsiye ederim. Twitch sitesinde bir yayın açıp izleyin, tek sekme üzerinden. Daha sonra LatencyMon programını durdurup rapor alın .txt halinde. Buraya kopyalayın yardımcı olmaya çalışacağım.

Önemli değil. Bahsettiğim program eğer yazılımsal bir problem ise sorunun ne olduğunu açıklar. Eğer konu farklı şeylere dayanıyorsa, BIOS ayarları, donanımsal gibi, o zamanda anlaşılır. En azından programdan gözlemleriz, bir sorun yoksa diğer şeyleri düşünmeye başlarız. Bu arada BIOS üzerinde AMD için "C-state" kapatılması öneriliyor. Fakat bu ayar sizin yaşadığınız sorunları aşmaktan çok + performans bir tık ve en önemlisi daha stabil olması için işe yarıyor. Bahsettiğim ayar işlemci güç tasarrufu ile ilişkili. Kapalı olması daha iyi teorik olarak bu arada AMD tarafındanda şu söyleniyor. Windows güç ayarları kısmında profil "dengeli" olmalı. Windows ayarlar kısmından da "güç, pil ve uyku planları" kısmından da "en iyi performans" yapın. Güç planı "dengeli" olmazsa, bu bahsettiğim yerde ki ayarı göremezsiniz.

Ayrıca bahsettiğiniz güç ayarını yaptım. AMD Ryzen balancedi seçip yeni Denetim Masası'ndan güç modunu en iyi performansa çektim.

Tamam soruna çok yaklaştık. Bir şey 1. çekirdeği aşırı derecede kullanmış burada. Ama LatencyMon programı açıkken arkada ne açık olduğuda önemli. Gerçi diğer çekirdeklerin değerlerine bakırlırsa pek fazla zorlayan bir şey değil gibi, bu yüzden 1. çekirdeğin bu kadar abartı olması tuhaf. Şimdi LatencyMon programını kapattın mı ? Eğer kapatmadıysan bu rapor dışında üst sekme kısımda "CPUs" var. Buranın ekran görüntüsünü atarsan 1. çekirdeği bu denli içine eden şeyin ne olduğunu anlayacağız

Ve genel olarak LAN driver ile alakalı CPU çekirdek kullanımları yüksek. Ama özellikle 1. çekirdeği bu denli sömürmesi aşırı alakasız. Bu yüzden LAN driver'ini tamamen silin. Bunu Revo Uninstaller programı ile yapın. Program içinden sildiğiniz zaman "tara" çıkacak. Oradan tüm kayıt defteri için var olan kayıt defteri girdilerin hepsini seçip silin. PC reset atın ve bir daha test edin. Eğer olmazsa format ile düzeleceğinden eminim. Bir LAN driver 1. çekirdeği bu kadar sömürüyorsa ciddi problem var demektir driver ile alakalı.
