Thank you for contacting Razer concerning your log in issues. There are a few steps you can take to fix your Razer account as quickly as possible:
If you need to change your e-mail address then please make a new Razer Surround account using this link:

Please note that the account created here will work for any Razer software product. If you are using Razer Synapse 2.0 and still have access to your account, please export your profiles and macros.
To export your profiles and macros, simply navigate to a Razer device in Synapse 2.0, click on the ellipsis icon underneath the profile selector (...) and choose export. Save all your settings to an easy-to-find folder. Log in with your new account, select the ellipsis icon again, and import your settings.
If you recently created a new account for Razer Surround, please ensure that you have verified your e-mail by clicking on the link that was sent to the e-mail address you used during the sign up process. If you are getting an error when attempting to click the link, you can also copy and paste the link directly into your web browser. You should also try a different web browser if both clicking and copying the link do not work.
If you never got a message from us to confirm your e-mail address, you may want to check your spam and junk folders, and update your spam filters to allow the @razerzone.com domain. Also, you can search your inbox for 'Razer' to find your verification e-mail.
If you have already verified your e-mail but still have trouble logging in, please follow this link to reset your password:https://ec.razerzone.com/requestreset. You’ll need to enter your e-mail address and successfully complete the image verification to prevent abuse. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with instructions to reset your password.
If you have attempted all of the above steps but still cannot log in to Razer Surround, please reply to this e-mail and we will assist you in getting access to your account.
