JavaScript React projesi oluştururken NPM hata veriyor

Diğer bilgisayarda da aynısı olmuştu, PowerShell'e bir kod yazıp düzeltmiştim ama şu an o kodu bulamıyorum. Nasıl çözerim?

Aynı durumu yaşamıştım belli bir zaman önce fakat çözüm bulamadım. Ben de merak ediyorum.

C:\Users\pc\AppData\Roaming\ bu lokasyona gidip npm isminde bir klasör oluşturup tekrar dener misiniz?

Çözümü buldum, PowerShell'e girip bu kodları;

npm install -g npm@latest

rm -rf node_modules

npm install

sırasıyla yazarsanız, sorun çözülecektir. "rm -rf node_modules" kodunda bir hata verebilir, sorun değil. Diğer koddan devam edin.
