CHG70: Curved HDR - First look and unboxing of Samsung's Curved HDR Gaming Monitor CHG70...
CHG70 is Samsung's high end 27 inch HDR gaming monitor. It has a curvature of 1800R.
It has 144 Hz Refresh Rate and 1 Ms pixel response time. 1440p or 2560x1440 pixel resolution along with AMD FreeSync technology and Quantum Dot panel covering %125 sRGB looks good.
Why is HDR so important? New generation of GPU's support HDR and new games will benefit from it greatly. Perhaps especially horror titles and space sims where we can enjoy darker scenes and greater brightness changes. Also HDR is not the only feature in CHG70, Quantum Dot, FreeSync and fast panel are quite important.

High Dynamic Range brings higher dynamic range, better colors and overall a new level of visual experience.

In user manual ve see the short code and also information about a 32 inch version: C32HG70QQ that has a 31.5 inch - 80 cm panel.
In this 27 inch version we have 26.9 inch panel - 68.4 cm area.
We also noticed C32HG model contains the adapter inside, because manual says just plug in the power cable, not the adapter.

Plastic cover to hide cables, wall montage adapter, power adapter and power cable. DisplayPort Cable, USB 3.0 cable, HDMI cable.
Monitor has 2x HDMI in and 1 DisplayPort in. Service port, 2 USB 3.0 ports and one USB in port. Also a 3.5 mm in and 3.5 out port, interesting part is on the chasis these ports are named Mic in, Mic out, not Audio in and out.
