Arkadaşlar merhaba, mousemin kablosu hasar gördü ve içindeki bir kablo kesildi. Ben de SteelSeries supporta yazmaya karar verdim ve fotoğraflarıyla
Beraber attım ve yeni mouse veya tamir istediğimi belirttim. Onlar tamir yapmadıklarını fakat yeni mouseni aldığın yerden alabileceğini söyledi eğer ret verirse ticketi kanıt olarak gösterebilirsin dedi. Size sormak istedim sizce bana yeni mouse verirler mi?(İtopya'dan aldım).

Based on the country you have indicated, you are outside our shipping zones. As such, we cannot assist further with your issue, as it is a hardware issue that can only be fixed with a replacement device. Please contact the retailer the item was purchased from for assistance with your warranty. If the retailer is an authorized reseller of SteelSeries products, they will be able to assist with your warranty claim.

If the retailer requests a denial of service letter, you can use this ticket as proof. If the product was purchased outside of your country, then the warranty is only eligible in the country of purchase as warranties are non-transferable.
