Normal bir şekilde kullanıyordum, sıra dışı hiçbir şey yoktu. Sonra kapattım bilgisayarı. Ertesi gün tekrar açtığımda mavi ekran verdi. Sonra yeniden başlattı ve PC açıldı, ardından her kapatıp açtığımda mavi ekran veriyor. Yeniden başlatınca mavi ekran vermeden açılıyor fakat kapatınca mavi ekran veriyor. Yeniden başlattığı zaman da açılıyor PC, anlamadım.

Minidump dosyalarını ve SS'leri paylaşıyorum. Windows orijinal ve tüm sürücüler güncel. En azından ben öyle sanıyorum, aygıt yöneticisinden hepsini güncelledim fakat yine de aynı hatayı vermeye devam etti. Ekran kartı sürücülerini de kendi sitelerinden indirip kurdum.

Dosyaların içerikleri neredeyse aynı. O durdurma kodunu da gördüm başlıktaki hata ile aynı içeriğe sahip.

Birazdan yeni minidump ve Memory dump dosyalarını paylaşacağım.

MEMORY dump dosyasında da bir şey çıkmadı. Microsoft sistemi /debug modunda açmayı tavsiye etmiş ve WinDBG ile de sisteme bağlanmayı ama bunu beceremem. Bu sorun olmadan önce sisteme bir program yüklediniz mi?

Hayır herhangi bir program yüklemedim, normal çalışıyordu. Sonra kapattım. Açınca bam, mavi ekran. Biraz korktum ama sonra kendi yeniden başlattı ve açıldı, garip bir durum. Sistem dosyalarında da bir sorun yok gibi gözüküyor, olsaydı yeniden başlatınca da mavi ekran verirdi. Ben böyle düşünüyorum. Ve Debug nedir biraz açıklar mısınız?

Kubuntu'da olduğumdan dosyalara bakamıyorum ancak bu hatalar genelde RAM ve/ya depolamadaki sorunlardan oluşuyor. Bunları kontrol ettiniz mi? RAM'lere Memtest yapın, depolama birimlerine de HD Tune Pro ile quick scan seçeneği kapalı şekilde test yapın. Sonuçları paylaşın. Olmadı Windows'a geçer bakarım ben de, belki farklı bir şeyler bulabilirim.
