Merhaba arkadaşlar. Evimde kullandığım masaüstü bilgisayarımda aşağıda ekleyeceğim videodaki gibi bir mavi ekran hatası alıp duruyorum. Neden olduğundan tam emin değilim ama Cache ile alakalı olabileceğinden şüpheleniyorum.

Sorun şöyle gelişiyor; Aida64 ile sistem kararlılık testi yaparken Cache stress testine geldiğim anda 1 dk içerisinde ya hata veriyor test ya da sistemim mavi ekrana düşüyor. Ayrıca oyunlarda bir süre oynadıktan sonra da bu hatayı ara sıra almaktayım. Ya da oyunlar kendisini kapatmakta.

Her ne yaptım ise nafile; sistem parçalarını, RAM'leri, HDD'leri, SSD'leri hatta anakartın üzerindeki Audio, Sata vs bağlantılarını bile tek tek söküp denedim fayda etmedi :( Ayrıca sistemimi gerek Microssft'un sitesinden indirmiş olduğum Win 10 güncel sürümü ile gerek başka başka 3-4 farklı Windows sürümü ile denedim yine fayda etmedi :(

Hep mavi ekran hep mavi ekran. :(
Çeşitli yerli yabancı forumlardaki çözümleri okudum/araştırdım ve bazılarını da uygulamama rağmen işin içerisinden çıkamadım :(

Şimdi bu sorunun neden kaynaklandığından anlayabilecek bir insan evladı bana Allah rızası için yardımcı olabilir mi rica etsem? :( Böyle giderse PC kasasını alıp camdan aşağı fırlatıcam :(

Söylemiş olduğunuz program ile gerekli testleri yaptım, oldukça uzun sürdü ancak bir sorun görünmüyor.

Arkadaşlar tekrar merhaba; 3 günlük uzun uğraşlar; tonlarca Windows 10 sürümü kurulumu; uzun araştırmalar sonucunda sorunu nihayet çözebildim. İzin verirseniz şimdi size sorunun neden/nelerden kaynaklandığını ve nasıl çözdüğümü paylaşayım ki soruna benzer sorun yaşayan ya da ilerde benzer sorunlar yaşayacak olan insanlar olursa çözüm konusunda ufak bir katkımız olursa ne mutlu bize :)

Bilgisayar mavi ekranı 2 sebepten dolayı veriyor;

1. sorun:
Assus Prime B250 M-K anakart ile kullandığım için bilgisayarı ASUS'un kendi programı olan ASUS Aİsuit isimli program ile CPU frekans ayarları gibi ayarları programın ara yüzü aracılığı ile tek tuş ile maximal düzeye kadar çekebiliyor ve bu yapılmış olan ayarları kayıtlayabiliyorsunuz kullanıcı profili olarak. Aİsuit aracılığı ile yaptığım frekans ayarlarımı iyice gözden geçirdiğimde maximal düzeylerde kayıtlı olduğunu fark ettim ve bu ayarların ANAKART ayarlarına da yansıdığını aynı şekilde fark ettim; yani anakartımın arayüzünü açtığımda da aynı maximal düzeylerin anakart ayarlarına ayarlandığını gördüm. Yaptığım ilk işlem şu oldu;
Anakartımın tüm ayarlarını FABRİKA ayarlarına geri aldım.

2. sorun:
Ben kablosuz klavye kullanıyorum. Markası/modeli ise Logitech K360. Bu kablosuz klavyenin bir arayüz programı var. Programın adı "Logitech Setpoint". Her ne sebeptendir anlamam ancak bir şekilde klavyemin bu arayüz programı ve buna ait olan tüm sürücüleri Windows 10 Pro versiyon 1803 ve sürüm 1709 hatta daha eski Windows 10 sürümlerinde bir şekilde mavi ekran sorununa yol açtığını fark ettim.

Sonuç; Logitech programını kaldırdım, bilgisayardan tamamen temizledim ve anakartımın tüm ayarlarını VARSAYILAN ayaralarına aldım; artık tıkır tıkır çalışıyor bilgisayar arkadaşalar :) Tek sorun %5-10 oranında bazı oyunlarda performans kaybı yaşamış olmam oldu hepsi bu.

  • HDD'yi çıkartıp laptopum aracılığı ile bir formatlayacağım; tertemiz W10 olsun.
  • Win 10'un 1709 sürümünü kuracağım. Ekran kartı driverları dışında hiçbir şey kurmayacağım.
  • Herhangi bir kırma işlemi de gerçekleştirmeyeceğim Win10'a ve AIDA64'ü kurup deneyeceğim. Bakalım bunları da yapınca hala hata verecek mi:rolleyes:

Bu arada geceden-sabaha alet üzerinde hala uğraştığım için bir durum fark ettim onu da sizlerle müsadeniz ile paylaşmak isterim;
PC'ye daha kapsamlı testler yapabilmek adına 3-5 test programı daha yükledim;
Pass*Ark (belki program ismi vermek yasaktır bilemiyorum, ondan * koydum :) ) yükledim. Onda testler yaptım, hiçbirisinde sorun çıkmadı:kararsız:
Ancak şöyle bir şey fark ettim ve bana oldukça tuhaf geldi.
Programı açınca (pssmrk'ı) PC'nin kasasının içerisinden (nereden geldiğini daha %100 tespit edemedim) ince, tiz ve çok düşük seviyede (kulak kabartınca duyulabilen) böyle bozuk bir düdük sesi gibi ses GELIYORO_O:vaybe:
Bunun da videosunu en kısa zamanda çekeceğim ve kulaklık takıp dinlediğinizde duymayıp fark etmemenize olanak yok.

Bu ses ile ilgili aklıma bir soru geldi; müsadenizle onu da size sorayım.
PSU ile ilgili bir elektiriksel sorun olabilme ihtimali var mı bir şekilde? Ya da PSU içerisinde bir şeyler ters gidiyor olabilir mi?

Anakartın modeli "ASUS B350 M-K".
Söylemiş olduğunuz program ile gerekli testleri yaptım, oldukça uzun sürdü ancak bir sorun görünmüyor.

Arkadaşlar tekrar merhaba; 3 günlük uzun uğraşlar; tonlarca Windows 10 sürümü kurulumu; uzun araştırmalar sonucunda sorunu nihayet çözebildim. İzin verirseniz şimdi size sorunun neden/nelerden kaynaklandığını ve nasıl çözdüğümü paylaşayım ki soruna benzer sorun yaşayan ya da ilerde benzer sorunlar yaşayacak olan insanlar olursa çözüm konusunda ufak bir katkımız olursa ne mutlu bize :)

Bilgisayar mavi ekranı 2 sebepten dolayı veriyor;

1. sorun:
Assus Prime B250 M-K anakart ile kullandığım için bilgisayarı ASUS'un kendi programı olan ASUS Aİsuit isimli program ile CPU frekans ayarları gibi ayarları programın ara yüzü aracılığı ile tek tuş ile maximal düzeye kadar çekebiliyor ve bu yapılmış olan ayarları kayıtlayabiliyorsunuz kullanıcı profili olarak. Aİsuit aracılığı ile yaptığım frekans ayarlarımı iyice gözden geçirdiğimde maximal düzeylerde kayıtlı olduğunu fark ettim ve bu ayarların ANAKART ayarlarına da yansıdığını aynı şekilde fark ettim; yani anakartımın arayüzünü açtığımda da aynı maximal düzeylerin anakart ayarlarına ayarlandığını gördüm. Yaptığım ilk işlem şu oldu;
Anakartımın tüm ayarlarını FABRİKA ayarlarına geri aldım.

2. sorun:
Ben kablosuz klavye kullanıyorum. Markası/modeli ise Logitech K360. Bu kablosuz klavyenin bir arayüz programı var. Programın adı "Logitech Setpoint". Her ne sebeptendir anlamam ancak bir şekilde klavyemin bu arayüz programı ve buna ait olan tüm sürücüleri Windows 10 Pro versiyon 1803 ve sürüm 1709 hatta daha eski Windows 10 sürümlerinde bir şekilde mavi ekran sorununa yol açtığını fark ettim.

Sonuç; Logitech programını kaldırdım, bilgisayardan tamamen temizledim ve anakartımın tüm ayarlarını VARSAYILAN ayaralarına aldım; artık tıkır tıkır çalışıyor bilgisayar arkadaşalar :) Tek sorun %5-10 oranında bazı oyunlarda performans kaybı yaşamış olmam oldu hepsi bu.
