Oyunu genel anlamda Neversoft geliştiriyor, fakat Budcat Creations PS2 için, Vicarious Visions oyunu Wii için port ediyor. Oyunu her zamanki gibi Activision dağıtıyor. Sadece bilgisayar sürümünü Aspyr dağıtıyor.
