Merhabalar. Hard diskim bozulduğu için 4 gün önce yeni hard disk aldım ve bilgisayara Windows 10'un en güncel sürümünü yükledim. (2004 Mayıs güncellmesi) Az önce Chrome'dayken bilgisayar dondu ve birkaç saniye sonra mavi ekranla karşılaştım ve bilgisayar yeniden başlatıldı. Hata kodunu hatırlamıyorum maalesef. Neden olmuş olabilir acaba? Daha yeni format atmıştım bilgisayara. Hard diskim de yeniydi. Minidump dosyasını ekliyorum.

Sorun sadece 1 kere başıma geldi o da az önce oldu. 1 kere olması sorun değil ama daha yeni format attığım halde ve bilgisayarıma 3 yıldır hiç format atmadığım halde bu sorunla hiç karşılaşmadığım için mavi ekran alınca bir şeylerin yanlış olabileceğini düşündüm.

Küçük bir sürücü çakışması bile size mavi ekranla geri dönüş yapabilir. Yeni yüklediğinizi söylemiştiniz, sistem güncellemeleri sırasında bir hata oluşmuş da olabilir.

Dump dosyalarını incelediğimde Chrome tarafından kaynaklanan bir sorun olduğunu tahmin ediyorum.

Bu arada mavi ekranla karşılaşmadan önce Chrome'dayken birkaç saniye süreyle bilgisayar dondu, ardından mavi ekran geldi. Yazmayı unutmuşum onu.
