Creative canlı destek Türkçe yanıt vermiyor

Amazon'dan Creative Live! 1080P V2 webcam satın aldım.
Webcami kullanabilmek için Creative App Smartcomms kit programının kurulması istenmiş.
Tek bilgisayarım Windows 8.1 işletim sistemli olduğu için kurduğumda Windows 10 ile uyumlu olduğu hatası vererek kurulmadı.

Amazon müşteri hizmetlerinden Bora bey ile görüştüğümde para iadesi yapmamı teklif etti.
Ürünün Windows 8.1 bilgisayarıma kurulması için destek almayı istedim.
Satıcıya bildirildiğini ve benim de satıcıya Türkçe olarak yazmamı istedi.
Satıcıdan Türkçe yanıt geleceğini sorduğumda tabii ki Türkçe yanıt verecekler dedi.

Merhaba. Creative Live 1080P V2 webcam satın aldım. Ürünü kullanmak için Creative App uygulamasını yüklemem gerekiyor. Ancak uygulama Windows 8.1 işletim sistemli bilgisayarıma işletim sistemini desteklemediği için yüklenemiyor. Uygulamanın Windows 8.1 işletim sistemli bilgisayarıma yüklenerek kullanılabilmesi için gerekli desteğin sağlanmasını talep ediyorum.

In the meantime, using Google Translate, we understood that you have Creative Live 1080P V2, install the Creative App to use the product. However, the application cannot be installed on your computer with the Windows 8.1 operating system because it does not support the operating system. You request the necessary support to be provided so that the application can be installed and used on my computer with Windows 8.1 operating system.

If this is correct, please note that The Creative App for Creative Live 1080P V2 is only available on Windows 10 or higher. You may refer to the link below for the system requirement of this product:
