Arkadaşımın laptopunda sürekli mavi ekran görüyorum bunun sebebi donanımsal birşey mi yoksa driver sorunu mu? Minidump dosyaları linktedir. Mavi ekran genelde oyunlarda çok veriyor ama boştayken de verdiğini gördüm. @Recep Baltaş

0xc0000005, STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION, bir program erişmemesi gereken bir noktaya erişmeye çalıştığında olur. Buna kesin neyin neden olduğunu söylemek zor. Öte yandan İşletim sistemini ve ayrıntılı donanım bilgisini belirt.

Ram testinde hata çıkmadı. Laptop modeli HP Pavilion DV6000. İşletim sistemi Windows Xp SP3. Ayrıca aida64 ile sistem özelliklerinin fotoğraflarını koydum.

Bios'u güncelle.

Bios güncellendi fakat bu sefer işletim sistemi başlatılmıyor yani windows yazısı görünüyor ve mavi ekran veriyor. Kurtarma yapalım dedik fakat cd yi takınca kur programı çalışıyor komut bölümüne gelince sabit disk algılanamadı diyor. Ayrıca laptop güvenli mod olarakta açılmıyor.

Edit: Windowsun açılmasını düzelttik. Biosta sata native supportu kapattık düzeldi.

Mavi ekran sorunu düzeldi fakat oyunlarda çok kısa takılmalar oluyor. Bilgisayarı zorlamayan oyunlar bile takılıyor.

XP için desteği kestik. 8.1 64 Bit'e güncelle.
