Did you also update the device to the latest FW? If not, you definitely should.

Yes, format and then do a partiton removing, again.

Take the disks out, remove partitions and format the drives. Then do the steps again, twice.

Use an UPS, turn off the device properly or wait for an update ;) This is all I can say, sorry.

Can you reinstall the firmware via interface? I have no idea about this problem. Also please Ctrl + F5 your browser.

I belive you did not format the drives before the upgrade or your disks are not the same. No one had a problem with the RAID before.

Which browser are you using? I use Chrome.
