On February 8, 2023, Minecraft uncovered suspicious activity on our player support website. Upon investigation, we determined that an update to our support page caused a vulnerability that unintentionally exposed help ticket data. The Minecraft Security team quickly identified and fixed this vulnerability.

This information was limited to the initial support web site form, which could include name, account name, email, IP address, and a free-form text field describing the support issue.
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.
