Windows 11 kullanıyorum. Brave tarayıcısında video izlerken bu mavi ekran hatasını alıyorum. Daha önceden ekran kartı driverını DDU ile kaldırıp tekrardan yükledim fakat bir işe yaramadı. Yardımcı olursanız çok sevinirim.

Teşekkür ederim. Cihazın 2018 tarihli bir sürücüsünü buldum fakat sürücüyü kurmama rağmen aygıt yöneticisinde sürücü tarihinde hala 2017 yazıyor. Bir de siz bakabilir misiniz rica etsem?

Bazen aygıt yöneticisindeki sürücü tarihleri eski görünebiliyor.

Yeni indirdiğiniz sürücünün kurulduğuna emin olmak adına şöyle yapalım.

- Yine aygıt yöneticisini açıp Creative cihazınızı bulun.
- Sağ tıklayıp "Cihazı kaldır" deyin.
- Creative cihazınızı sistemden sökün.
- İnterneti kesin. Açılmasın.
- PC'yi yeniden başlatın.
- Creative cihazınızı sisteme takın.
- İndirdiğiniz sürücüyü kurun.
- Şimdi interneti açabilirsiniz.
