Concerns on TurkNet port forwarding

I work as a sysadmin deploying applications on servers and managing them, before our initial deployments to remote machines we usually test the application on our local machines first to create the configurations and copy them to the remote on deployments. In order to do this, we usually set up a lot of port forwarding rules both in our local firewalls and our routers. Until Now i've been using Türk Telekom and Turkcell Superonline but thanks to the videos from @Recep Baltaş and @Ali Güngör, i've been considering switching to TurkNet.

In both Türk Telekom and Turkcell, i'm able to set up port forwarding rules quite easily. When i read about articles on TurkNet however, it seems like none of the plans provided include the ability to set up port forwarding, and in order to get it, i have to buy a static IP address. This is really a bummer since in order to test our applications we provide our IP address with Third parties, and the ability to Switch our address by just restarting our router is a Crucial feature ı can't afford to lose.

It seems pretty weird how other ınternet providers are able to provide both dynamic IP addresses and the ability to do port forwarding while TurkNet, the One S trying to bring competition to the table doesn't. I understand that most people don't actually use that feature but for people like me who does, it's a Crucial part in deciding which ınternet provider to use.

TurkNet doesn't have abundance of IPv4 addresses like Türk Telekom do.
But TurkNet covers it up with IPv6.
If you can use IPv6, you can ask for it.
TurkNet is the only ISP in Turkey that provides IPv6 to regular customers.

Also having a dynamic IPv4 addresses with Türk Telekom or other ISPs is based on your region.
If you live in a city with abundance of IPv4 addresses you get a dynamic IPv4, if not you get CGNAT'ted.
If you are behind a CGNAT, generally your only option is renting a static IPv4 address.

As far as I know they have upgraded their infrastructure to IPV6. So, static IP requirements are a by-product of this setting when you try to route IP's.
