Merhaba, bu konu üstüne 4 dakikalık videoyu izledim ve işlemleri yaptım oradakinden farklı olarak bendeki sorun galiba ek harddisk sürücüsünden kaynaklanıyor ama bunun sürücüsünü nasıl silip yeniden indireceğim bulamadım. Aygıt yöneticisinde güncel diyor. Google'a model ismini yazınca (TOSHİBA HDWL120) bir sürücüye ulaşamıyorum. Kac vakıttır gormezden geldıgım bu mavi ekrandan bezdım artık. (ilk defa bı forumda konu actım ) Yardımlarınızı beklıyorum.

Evet, doğru yolda ilerlemişsiniz. Ama sorun disk sürücüsünde veya kendisinde değil de daha çok SATA sürücülerinde gibi.

Aşağıdaki güncel sürücüyü indirin ve yükleyin. MSI destek sayfasındaki sürücü eski kalmış o yüzden genelde AMD'den indirmek lazım chipset sürücülerini.

- Zaman bulduğunuzda BIOS güncellemesini de yaparsınız, eski kalmış.

Hocam dediniz gibi scannow ve restore health komutlarını gırdım burada bahsettiği hatayıda google ladım ama cozemedım hala, bu arada amd chipset yazılımını silip guncelını yukledım dedıgınız üzere
mesela buradaki win 10, cozum bu mu buysa calıstırdıgı dosya ne?
yada bumudur yine error kodu aynı (Error: 0x800f081f) ama güncelleme sorunu gibi ?

Evet ilk attığınız videodaki çözümü deneyebilirsiniz. İkincisi Windows Update için geçerli. Ama belki ikisinin de kaynağı aynınıdır.

Bir de şu üçlüyü dener misiniz sırasıyla?

Yine olmazsa başlata "Windows özelliklerini aç veya kapat" yazın. Oradan .NET Framework 3.5 tikleyin. Gözükmüyorsa veya açılmıyorsa da indirin. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

Sonrasında üstteki komutları tekrar deneyin.

Yine olmazsa son olarak Technopat'ın makalesini takip ederek .ISO yardımıyla onarım yapmanız gerekecek gibi.
