Çözüldü Epic Games Witcher 3 açılmıyor

Merhaba arkadaşlar, daha önceden Epic Games'den Witcher 3 almıştım indirip oynamıştım şimdi bilgisayarı formatladım ve tekrar indirip oynamak istedim ama başlata bastıktan sonra bulut eşleme diyor ve hiçbir şey olmuyor sebebi nedir? Nasıl çözebilirim?
