Error in Router login IP 192.168.1.1

I have MI Router 4C, My problem is that I can't open the router settings page by using 192.168.0.1 IP, Is there any solution to this problem?

EN: Check your default gateway adress from CMD console. CMD->ipconfig /all -> Default Gateway Adress -> use this IP to connect your router.
