GTA V "This Steam account is already linked to a different Social Club account" hatası

"This Steam account is already linked to a different Social Club account please log in with that Social Club account instead" hatası alıyorum. Oyunu daha önce oynuyordum, ara verdim ve bu hatayı aldım. İlk bağladığım Social Club hesabını da hatırlıyorum. Giriyorum ama olmuyor. Çözüm bulabilirseniz çok iyi olur.
