The temperature is a bit to high i believe it should be stay between 80°c to 90°c above 90 is too high for a 60 sec Stress Test, I use and i recommend you to use throttle stop software for lower down your voltage maybe it will help there are also tons of videos on YouTube regarding this software, I hope it helps, Thanks.
