How to send a Steam gift code?

I would like to buy a WWZ key for my friend, but ıt seems like all site that i know like oyunfor is out of stocks. Anyone who know other site can sell the Game? Besides, i am fresh in Steam, so it display error when i try to send a gift to him. Thanks.

Just login in your friend steam account and pay with ur card. Make sure you don't save your card infos in his steam account.
