HWInfo CPU Package gözükmüyor

Merhaba, CPU ve GPU sıcaklıklarını görev çubuğundan kontrol etmek için HWInfo'yu indirdim. GPU sıcaklığını güzel bir şekilde çektim ancak CPU için CPU Package değeri yerine bir sürü değer çıkıyor. Benim amacım kompleks bir işlem yapmak değil, en basit haliyle oyun oynarken veyahut boştayken CPU sıcaklığımı görmek istiyorum. Öyle her bir çekirdekle falan işim yok. Hangi değeri baz almam gerek? İşlemci: 5800H.

Biraz saçma olacak ama Vega 8 zaten CPU üzerinde olduğu için dahili GPU'nun sıcaklığına baksam CPU sıcaklığını verir mi?

Bir de HWInfo yetkilisinin bir mesajını buldum:

-CPU (Tctl): This is the T_control temperature available on AMD CPUs only. On several generations before Zen (Ryzen), this is not a reliable representation of the temperature. On AMD Zen series this is the temperature used to control cooling and is a fixed offset from the real CPU temperature. Offset is used mostly on X-series and some Threadripper CPUs; in such case two values are shown: Tctl and Tdie. If no offset is used, then only a single value is shown as Tctl/Tdie, which equals the real temperature.

-CPU (Tdie): This value is shown in case the CPU uses an offset from Tctl and represents the real temperature (Tdie = Tctl - Tctl_offset).

-CPU Package: Shown on Intel CPUs represents a 256-millisecond average value (calculated by CPU) of the hottest temperature sensor within the CPU package.

-CPU Package (TSI): Available on pre-Zen AMD CPUs is the CPU temperature obtained via TSI interface.

Package seçeneğinin çıkmaması durumunda hangi değere bakmam mantıklı olur? Bir de chipset sürücüsü ile sıkıntı yaşayınca onu kaldırmıştım, onunla alakalı olabilir mi?

Package değeri bunların dışında da vardı sanki, tam hatırlamıyorum. Ama Chipset srüücsü kaynaklı bozulma olabilir evet.

@Mithat Berhan, buldum. Anladığım kadarıyla üreticiler genellikle "CPU (Tctl/Tdie)" kopyalayıp adını değiştiriyormuş, dolayısıyla ben de onu kullanacağım.

The temperature under the name "CPU Package" is just ASUS description for the CPU temperature that the board sensor is reading from the CPU. Copying it if you like...
My Gigabyte just saying "CPU". MSI could name it whatever...

And this sensor is always in the board section of HWiNFO sensors window.
HWiNFO64 has another section called CPU (Enhanced) and all these sensors are read straight from the CPU.
So for a latest 3000/5000 Ryzen CPU you have a bunch of different temp sensor readings, all true, but reporting different things.

The one in the board section is usually copied from the "CPU (Tctl/Tdie)" sensor (without the decimal).
