Merhaba bu sorun 1 yıl öncede olmuştu ancak nasıl çözdüğümü bilmiyorum mucizevi şekilde tatilden geldikten sonra çözülmüştü, geçenlerde tekrardan olmaya başladı. Windows 8.1 kullanıyordum orjinal DreamSpark'tan aldığım kod ile birden bilgisayarımda tekrardan stuttering olmaya başladı her oyunda normal günlük kullanımım dışında bir şey yapmıyorken, çözmeye çalışsam da maalesef çözemedim ve bende format attım. Windows 10 yaptım şuan psikolojik mi bilmiyorum ama içim rahat etmiyor (Bazen takılma var gibi geliyor bazen yok.) ve LatencyMon programından pek fazla bir şey anlamıyorum eğer anlayan varsa yardımcı olursa çok mutlu olurum. BIOS vs günceldir.
