Bunun çözümü için özel kernel yüklenebilir.

XanMod kernel çok sessiz ve bir o kadar da hızlı çalıştırıyordu.
Tabii Ubuntu ve türevlerinden bu durumlarla karşılaştım. Hepsiyle değil ama.

Bende tam tersi. Linux'da fanlar sadece derleme yaparken hızlanıyor, windows'da ise bostayken bile tam hız çalışıyor.
