Manjaro XFCE Minimal is best for me, also u can try Clear Linux.

I guess you want to make the OS you are using look differently/better. You may want to try different themes and preferences as KDE is perfect to customize.

If you want to try different Desktop Environments, you can try Solus and Deepin.

I want to set a macOS theme to kubuntu distro. But are there any distributions with a better macOS theme than kubuntu? Except for elementryOS.
