Arkadaşlar, bu sorunun çözümü nedir? Oyunu alalı iki gün oluyor. İki gündür uğraşıyorum sinir oldum. Oyunun destek sistemine yazdım doğru düzgün bir cevap alamadım. Port açmamı falan önermişler, onu da beceremedim. Online savaş yaparken bağlantı kopuyor, kule oynuyorum, bağlantı kopuyor. Normal local maç oynuyorum, çıkıp kontrol ediyorum bağlantı gitmiş mi diye, gitmiş oluyor. Yani sorun oyunu açtıktan kısa bir süre sonra ortaya çıkıyor. Oyunu onardım, modemi sıfırladım, sistemi formatladım çare olmadı. Stabil bir internet bağlantım olduğundan da eminim çünkü başka online oyunlarda kopma vs. yaşamıyorum. İnternet hızım ise 35 Mbps.

Thea here, thank you for writing back to me with the additional information. After taking a look at the new information I would like to rule out the possibility that a network-related setting. With that in mind, please understand that the following steps are intended to be thorough and if you are unsure about any steps please ask for assistance.
NAT Types
There are three NAT types: Open, Moderate, and Strict.
- Open NAT settings can connect to any of the three types.
- Moderate NAT settings can connect to those with Open or Moderate settings.
- Strict NAT settings can ONLY connect to those with Open NAT settings
Strict NATs are a difficult problem with peer-to-peer games. Since most people do not have open NATs, the player with a strict NAT will not be able to find many games that they can join.
Also, if the player with a strict NAT does manage to join a game if another player with a moderate NAT joins later, the player with the strict NAT may lose their connection to the game.
Another problem is that sometimes the ISP (Internet Service Provider) may also have unique NAT settings which often means even if you have a direct connection to the internet (without a router/firewall), the ISP still acts as a strict NAT.
Port Forwarding
The following ports are beneficial to have open for Online console gaming:
TCP: 53, 80, 443, 465, 983, 1863, 3074, 3478-3479, 3480, 5223, 10070-10080
UDP: 53, 88, 1863, 3074, 3478-3479, 3658, 10070
If you need assistance with setting up port forwarding, I would recommend checking with the support page for the brand and model of the router to see if they offer step-by-step instructions for configuring this option.
Here are some additional tips that have helped many players improve their connectivity:
1. Make sure your router's firmware is upgraded to the latest version (very important).
2. Unplug your router for 10 minutes and plug it back in. Some older routers degrade in performance over time until it is rebooted, similar to a PC.
3. Disable any firewall or other network filtering for the game.
4. Enable uPnP (universal plug and play) on your router.
5. If you don't care about security, enable DMZ (demilitarized zone) on your router for your console's address. This turns off all of your router's firewall features for that console.
6. Contact your ISP and ask them what your DNS setting should be.
Direct Connection
If you are still having issues connecting to the online servers after trying the above steps, try connecting your broadband modem directly to the console on which you are playing this game. At this point, please disconnect your Broadband modem from power for Five (5) minutes. After this time has elapsed, plug the modem back into power and allow the normal power-up cycle to finish.
