My computer is too dusty

Hi guys. I've been using my computer for 2.5 years and i have never cleaned it. I really don't know how to clean so i need your advice. Which tool should i use? It has a glass panel with screws in the corner. I really can't take a clear shot because of my leds.

Don't use napkins because little bit risky use the wet wipes but don't use for electronic parts use for Case

I dust the inside with a electric vacuum cleaner and then wipe off the adhering dusts with a napkin.

Do not use a vacuum cleaner.
Vacuuming will build up static electricity.

You should use a mini leaf blower and blow air to your PC instead.
