date timestamp(14) NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (id)
) TYPE=MyISAM;

Hata:
#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '(14) NOT NULL, PRIMARY KEY (id) ) TYPE=MyISAM' at line 4

PHP:

CREATE TABLE lil_urls (
id varchar(255) NOT NULL default '',
url text,
date timestamp NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (id)
) ENGINE=MyISAM;

1) timestamp değerine uzunluk vermene gerek yok.
2) TYPE=MyISAM değil ENGINE=MyISAM olacak.
