Merhabalar. Son 2 gündür bu hatayı alıyorum. Battlefield 1 oynarken veriyor bu hatayı sadece. Ama şöyle garip bir durum var, oyunu oynarken herhangi bir FPS drop veya lag olmuyor. Ne zaman oyundan çıkıyorum, masaüstü gelecekken mavi ekran veriyor bilgisayarım. Hatanın adı ise bu; ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+6b506

Sistemim şöyle;
  • Windows 10 1909 Version
  • Ekran Kartı: MSI RX 570 8GB Armor
  • Anakart: ASUS B450M-K Anakart
  • İşlemci: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six Core 3.40ghz
  • RAM : Kingston 2x8GB HyperX FURY Black DDR4 3200MHz CL18
  • Bios güncel, tüm driverlar güncel.
Başka bir oyunda bu sorunu yaşamıyorum. Hatta oyun içinde bile bir problem olmuyor. Fakat oyundan çıktığım zaman meydana geliyor. Bios'da Overclock yapılı, bu yüzden bu hatayı alıyor olabilir miyim? Minidump dosyamı upload etmeye çalışıyorum fakat '' Bu dosyayı açma izniniz yok, izin almak için dosyanın sahibine ya da yöneticiye başvurun'' yazıyor. Upload nasıl edebilirim buraya?

Hala Onedrive kaynaklı hatalar alıyorsun, Komut satırını yönetici olarak başlat(CMD) şu kodları yaz.

  1. sc config cldflt start=disabled
  2. sc stop cldflt

Flash belleğim olmadığı için Memtest ile Ramleri test edemedim fakat Bellek Tanılama ile test ettim. Olay görüntüleyicisinde '' The Windows Memory Diagnostic tested the computer's memory and detected no errors '' yazıyor. Herhangi bir sorun ile karşılaşmadım. Zaten bilgisayarı yeni aldım bellekler yeni. 2 ay oldu olmadı yani.

OneDrive'dan hotmail adresimi kaldırdım, ayarlardan kapattım ama bilgisayardan nasıl kaldıracağımı bilmiyorum. Komple siliniyor mu emin değilim.

Çözüm

Hocam dediklerini yaptım, şöyle yazıyor. Sanırım doğru. Test edeceğim tekrardan. Yine olursa aynı hata format atarım artık yapacak başka bir şey yok :/ Teşekkürler.
