En başta DDU ile var olan ekran kartı sürücünü sil. Sonra ekran kartının kendi sitesinden en güncel WHQL imzalı sürücüyü indir.

BIOS sıfırla.

Klavye ve fareye bağlı USB portlarını haricinde diğer USB portları boşta kalsın. Sadece klavye ve fare takılı kalsın ve tak çıkart yapın.

MSI ile alakalı yazılımları kaldırın.
 
Windows 10'un çok eski bir sürümünü (sürüm 1803'ün Insider'ını) kullanıyorsunuz, güncelleyin. USB ile format atmanız tercihimdir.

Sorunun kaynağı ise ene.sys diye bir sürücü. Windows'un güncel sürümünü kurduktan sonra çözüleceğini düşünüyorum. Çözülmezse yeni dosyaları paylaşın.
