Latest update:
Please understand the suggestions offered so far are in order to test different environments where the game would or not run. There is no indication that a double NAT will stop the game from launching because according to the tests we have done before releasing the game it did not appear to be causing such issues. However, for testing purposes, please try launching the game in a single NAT network, so you can test if there is a change in the behavior.
Well played, well I am behind two NATs and I can hardly do anything about this. My response:
Then talk to the engineers and retest the latest update for this particular case, it does not work. It's a regression. It has been confirmed by at least one another person on Reddit. I am unable to test this, I am double-NATed. Period. I am a (paying) customer, not tester. Engineers do the homework here. In the meantime I requested my money back from Sony. This is disappointing.
I guess this is end of my Crew2 journey here. Unless Ubi quickly identifies the problem with double NAT and pushed out an update. Very unlikely to happen before Sony gives my money back or my ISP assigns me a public IP which I requested few days ago.
