Fresh install Windows 10 1909 and I'm getting Launcher exited unexpectedly.

Here's how I solved it:

Removed AMD Driver with DDU.
Did a fresh install of the latest driver (at that time being 19.11.1)
And voila! It runs fine now!

Addition: Also update your BIOS to the latest with AGESA 1.0.0.4.
