For now, you can only use it on iPhone, iPad and Mac. You can make vector drawings with Vectornator, which is completely free. In addition to being simple to use and learn, the simple interface helps you understand the application more easily.
I'm using it on my iPad for now and I'm pretty happy with it, you don't have to go around ridiculous sites because there are stock photos and icons in the app.
