If you have Access to the account email address, you can use our reset password feature to reset the account and you will not need to send an additional message. Follow the steps in this help Artics'le.
Please Note: If you are resetting the password VIA'a Mobile device, you will be prompted to enter a Phone number by default. If you do not have a Phone number attached to your account, you will need to Click the "use email to reset password" link near the bottom of the screen to reset your password VIA email.
Otherwise, contact us VIA our Support form by entering the billing email or verified email address added to the Roblox account. Make sure to include this ticket number (87066979) in your description. We will be able to assist you further VIA the verified account owner email address.
Please Note: We may request a specific method of verification or further account details to ensure we are providing information solely to the account owner.
