I searched for RX6400 overclocking and ended up here! Is it not possible in the end?

Hi friend, Overclock controls are locked by AMD. No over/underclocking is possible. Any attempt at overclocking locks the card at 500mhz. Custom drivers like Amernime Zone will not solve this issue and not sure it would be worth it even if you could with RX 6400.

I'm embarrassed to say that I bought the RX6400 without knowing that it couldn't be overclocked.
It seems better to give up and sell it (ﾉД`)
