Steam EA Play oyunları açılmıyor

Steam üzerinden EA Play aboneliği aldım. Başta oyunlar açılıyordu ama şuan açılmıyor. Sadece Fifa 21 sorunsuz çalışıyor. Battlefield 5 oyununa oyna dediğim zaman tepki vermiyor.

Bu şekilde renksiz gözüküyor. Ama oyun yüklü ve daha dün oynadım.

Origin'de ben de bu tarz sıkıntılarla karşılaştım. Desteğe yazdığımda EA Desktop ile tekrar denememi söylediler ve bir nebze de olsa çözülmüştü sorunum.

EA Desktop yükleyip dener misin tekrar?

Bir diğer çözüm olarak şunu önerdiler:

-delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Search field or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.

-restart your machine.

-go in Origin/ My Game Library,right click on game icon select Repair.
