This guide is obsolete as Intel and AMD got to a point where you can freely use AMD drivers on the NUC.

I think I've successfully installed AMD's driver on Intel NUC's Radeon RX Vega M GH.
Step by Step:
I did install Radeon Settings and ran fine on the first run. But no luck after that. Looking into that...
Step by Step:
- Go to AMD Support site: https://www.amd.com/en/support
- Select: Processors with Graphics > Ryzen Processors > Ryzen 7 Mobile with RX Vega > 3750H
- You'll be taken to this page: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/...rocessors-radeon-rx-vega-graphics/amd-ryzen-2
- Download the driver and run the setup.
- After the extraction, you'll probably get an error 126... No worries.
- Now fire up Device Manager and select RX Vega M GH.
- Driver > Update Driver > Scan Computer > Select from the list > Have disk.
- Now navigate to C:\AMD\Win10-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2019-Edition-19.10.2-Oct24\Packages\Drivers\Display\WT6A_INF\ and select C0347941.inf
- Click next and you should not even get a warning message about incompatibility. I did not...
- And this is the result after a seccessful install:
