1) Genshin Impact'e ait mhyprot2 servisini sistemden kaldırın.

2) Ekran kartınıza ait güncel WHQL sürücüyü bilgisayarınıza indirin. Ardından DDU rehberine göre eski sürücünüzü kaldırın ve sistem yeniden başladığında indirmiş olduğunuz sürücüyü kurun.

Çözüm
1) Genshin Impact'e ait mhyprot2 servisini sistemden kaldırın.

Bu servis olmadan oyun çalışmamakta. Kaldırdım denedim.


Yeni sürümü indirip kurdum birkaç gün test edip geri dönüş yapacağım.
 
Zaten bu servisi kaldırdıktan sonra sisteme geri kurmanızda bir sakınca yok. Amacımız kaldırıp tekrar kurmak

Artık geriye beklemek kaldı.
 

Benim laptopta böyle mavi ekran veriyordu her gün. Ben sorunu termal macun yenileyip laptopu temizlemekte buldum. Belli bir sıcaklığı geçince laptop mavi ekran verebiliyor.
