Tp-Link TD864W Firmware Nasıl Güncellenir?

1. Firmware güncellemesi ne kadar gereklidir? Neleri değiştirir?
2. Firmware dosyasını indirip seçmek yeterli midir?

Thank you very much for your valuable reply. The TD-864W is specially made for TTnet. We also have one device in our lab and I have tested wireless ping, it shows no problem.

However, I noticed the firmware in your shortcut is Built 131120, while the firmware on our device is the latest one, built 140108.

So maybe the latest firmware has already solved the problem. But it’s provided by TTnet and we don’t have the firmware. If you ask them for a new firmware they shouldn’t refuse.

Very sorry for the inconvenience caused again but the firmware is specially provided by TTnet. I am afraid you have to get a firmware from them to solve it.

Also, it may be caused by some other reasons, you can also try to reset the modem router and reconfigure all the values on the modem. If you know the concrete Internet information such as username, password ,VPI/VCI,

connection type. You can have a try. If still the same, I am afraid it’s the firmware problem.
