VirtualBox ile Kali Linux kurarken "no bootable medium found!" hatası

Merhaba arkadaşlar, Linux'u açmaya çalıştığımda VirtualBox Kali Linux "no bootable medium found!" hatası ile karşılaşıyorum. Ova dosyası indirmem gerekiyor biliyorum ama indirdiğimde ya 7Z ya da vdi dosyası olarak geliyor.
