Bu hatayı alıyorum sebebi nedir acaba?

Ya pip'i kurmamissin yada python scriptlerinin oldugu klasor path'inde yok.

VS Code'yi kurarken "PATH'e ekle" seçeneğini işaretlemeden kurduysanız olabilir.

Pip kurdun mu dostum?

"python -m ensurepip --upgrade"
"python -m pip install --upgrade pip" //doğrulama için deneyebilirsin

windows kullanıyorsan kurarken "Add to Path" diye bir seçenek olması lazım. Onu işaretlemelisin.
