Visual Studio Code uygulamasında her şeyi kurdum. C++ metni de açtım. Ama run deyince "cl.exe Build and Debug is only usable when VS Code is run from the developer command prompt for vs" hatasıyla karşılaşıyorum çözümü nedir?
